Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days from the date you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@pistacoco.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items, including all our chocolate products (brigadeiros). This is due to the nature of these items and to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
If you wish to return a non-perishable item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. These costs can be refunded if the return agreement has been met and the item has been received by us in satisfactory condition.
Refunds are not applicable for perishable items due to their nature. If you encounter any issues with the food products you have ordered, please contact us immediately at support@pistacoco.co.uk. We are committed to resolving any problems to your satisfaction.
We take great care in ensuring that all goods sold reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pistacoco.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, whether that involves a replacement or a refund.
