Orders for perishable items are shipped twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
All perishable items are sent with DPD next day delivery to ensure freshness, so delivery days will be either Tuesday or Friday.
It is essential that someone is available to receive the delivery on these days. Alternatively, you can nominate an alternative address or a safe place via the tracking link provided by DPD. Please note that we cannot return baked goods, chocolates, or any other perishable items to the depot as this could affect their quality.
Non-perishable items do not have designated shipping days and will be shipped within the general timeframe of 5 working days from the order date.
Delivery for non-perishable items will typically occur within 5 working days after the shipping date.
Next day delivery is mandatory for all perishable items to maintain their quality.
Customers will receive a tracking link from DPD to monitor the delivery status and make necessary arrangements for receiving the package.
Standard delivery service will be used, and delivery is expected within 5 working days.
Customers will be provided with tracking information to follow the shipment progress.
For perishable goods, it is crucial to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled days. Failing to do so may compromise the quality of the products.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the failure to receive perishable goods at the scheduled time, as returning these items to the depot could affect their quality.
